New opinion dealing with the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) exemption for trade secrets

Information is privileged and confidential, for purposes of the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) exemption for trade secrets and commercial or financial information obtained from a person and privileged or confidential, if disclosure would either impair the agency's ability to obtain similar information in the future or likely cause substantial competitive harm to the entity that submitted the information. 5 U.S.C.A. § 552(b)(4).
